I’m the person behind Cap Coffee, a small independent coffee roastery based in Manchester.
Cap Coffee started with a little green coffee trailer in Manchester back in 2021.
What started as serving coffee has grown into roasting my own seasonal coffees and sharing them with lovely people, one bag at a time.
I’m all about really good coffee that anyone can enjoy. Freshly roasted, easy to drink, and made with a lot of care.
